and LMDC Hearings and opinions of elected officials for diesel
fuel and noise legislation initiated by Council Member Gerson,
from November 2005 to December 2008.

proposal to relocate the sanitation garage to SoHo and Tribeca.

Identified BMCC
Officials to support Tribeca’s opposition to DOT’s proposal to
park approximately 20 buses on West Street between Chambers and
Canal Streets.

Produced to date
six 6 Manhattan Cable half-hour shows based on local politics
and community issues. The first of a 13-week “As-of-Right”
series will commence on Thursday, June 25, 2009 on Cable – Time
Warner channel # 34 and RCN channel # 82 at 7:00 PM. My
“As-of-Right” series will also be accessible on
www.MNN.org.

Exhibited
award-winning photographs of 9/11 throughout SoHo, TriBeca, at
MoMA, presently in the permanent collection of the Humanities
Library in Midtown. Prior to the MoMA exhibit, the dozen
selected photos traveled throughout the USA and Europe as a
symbol of our changing national landscape and policies.

Received a
Certificate of Appreciation from the American Red Cross for
volunteer work, at IPN and south of Canal Street, following
9/11.
